We just finished closing on the refinancing of our home and I must say that this has been the easiest and fastest closing that I have ever done. I have done this eight times now and this experience was taylor made for me.
The first conversation I had with John was very business like, not pushy, informative, and reassuring. He was straight up from the start, telling me everything I needed to do. He made himself available after hours and was always polite and a wealth of knowledge. He was "right on" with estimates and timely with every response.
